The J301-MID is heavily washed and runs smaller than normal Japan Blue sizing. We suggest sizing to your Actual Waist Measurement (Body/Belt). This piece is made with sanforized denim and has been washed to remove most shrinkage. With regular use and after 1-2 washes, one can expect to gain .5-.75' in the waist (Circumference) long term.
