The Aurelia is our wide straight fit jean. A shape designed to offer freedom, comfort and ease of movement.

The fit sits high on the waist before falling into a loose, straight leg. Relaxed through the hip and thigh, it creates a clean silhouette that feels both contemporary and timeless.

Wide straight fits are valued for their versatility. They offer room to move without sacrificing structure, creating a shape that feels relaxed while remaining refined. The Aurelia captures that balance, combining ease with a confident, understated profile.

This version is cut from OG Japanese selvedge denim, a fabric widely respected for its quality, durability and character. Woven on traditional shuttle looms, selvedge denim has a tighter construction that produces a stronger fabric and a distinctive finished edge.

When new, the denim has a reassuring structure that holds its shape well. With time and wear, it gradually softens and develops natural fades and creases. Over the years the fabric records the way the jeans are worn, creating patterns unique to the person who owns them.

Every pair of Aurelia jeans is handcrafted in Aberteifi, Wales by the Grand Masters who make up our small team. By focusing on one thing – making jeans – we’re able to pay attention to the details that help them last.

The Aurelia features an authentic five-pocket design, zip fly, copper rivets and our signature black owl rivet on the back pocket – a quiet mark of craftsmanship.

Finished with a Hiut leather patch, with a vegan option available.
